International orders generally take 7 to 10 business days for ready-to-wear items. For bridal and formal couture, the delivery timeline varies based on the intricacy of the handwork and will be communicated during the consultation.
Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
Yes, we provide custom stitching services for our unstitched luxury collections. For bridal and formal wear, we offer personalized measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (available only within Pakistan).
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or incorrect. Please note that custom-stitched outfits and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible; however, due to photographic lighting and different screen calibrations, slight variations in shade may occur.
