Zainab Chottani International is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our luxury couture and pret collections. We offer returns or exchanges for any items received in a damaged condition or with wrong sizing within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the item.

  Quality Review

  Our quality assurance team will review your request to ensure the garment is unworn, has all original tags attached, and is in its original packaging.

  Secure Packaging

  Once your return is approved, carefully repack the item in its original Zainab Chottani box to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

  Dispatch and Refund

  Ship the package using a trackable courier service; upon receipt and final inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit within 10 business days.
